About TCH

TCH is an association of families in the greater Northwest Houston, Texas area who support and encourage each other to pursue excellence in learning together at home.

TCH is a Christian organization, but is open to anyone who wishes to join. There are two levels of participation within the TCH. Those who sign the by-laws indicating agreement with our Statement of Faith will receive the newsletter and may take part in all activities and will be eligible for leadership positions. Those who indicate disagreement with our Statement of Faith may join as members and will receive a monthly newsletter and may take part in all activities, but will not be eligible for leadership positions.

There are currently about 60 families in our association. TCH is a local support group associated with Texas Home School Coalition and Southeast Texas Home School Association.  TCH primarily uses the Yahoo Group TomballChristianHomeschoolers , to communicate home school news, events, activities, field trips, want ads, special services being offered for the home educating community, and used to distribute other home school related time critical information. Members in TCH also receive the monthly SETHSA newsletter, The Teaching Pioneer, via email.  TCH has several activities designed to support families in their home educating experience.  Dates, times and locations of the various events and activities are posted on our Yahoo Group TomballChristianHomeschoolers.
